Cookies Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · This policy explains how TranscriptGrab (transcriptgrab.pages.dev) uses cookies and similar technologies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website or its partners store in your browser. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and to measure or personalize advertising. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels, which are covered by this policy too.
2. Functional storage we set ourselves
TranscriptGrab works without accounts. We only use your browser's local storage to remember your interface preferences (for example, whether you closed the results panel or a floating bar). This data never leaves your device, contains nothing personal, and you can erase it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
3. Cookies set by advertising partners
The service is funded by advertising delivered by third-party networks such as Propeller Ads and Adsterra. These partners and their advertisers may set cookies or similar identifiers to:
- limit how often you see the same ad (frequency capping);
- measure how many times an ad is shown and whether it is clicked;
- detect and filter invalid or automated traffic;
- in some regions, personalize the ads you see, where allowed by law.
We do not control these cookies and we do not use them to build user profiles ourselves. Which cookies exist at any moment depends on the ad networks serving the page.
4. Analytics
We currently run no third-party analytics on a free YouTube transcript extractor. If that changes, this page will be updated before any analytics cookie is set.
5. How to control or delete cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Every major browser lets you: view the cookies a site has set, delete them individually or all at once, block third-party cookies, or browse in private mode. Blocking advertising cookies does not disable TranscriptGrab — the tool keeps working; you may simply see less relevant ads. For more options, visit your browser's help pages or aboutads.info/choices for industry opt-out tools.
